3 Replacement Nibs

Setting:

*Open settings-memo-turn off the Apl pencil doodle function.

Turn on Setting-Bluetooth and close the connection of the original Apl Pen.

(After the above settings are completed, the product can be used normally)

*If your stylus do not work, please set your iPad or iPad Pro as follows:

1.Go to the Settings > Apl Pencil > Turn off the Apl Pencil.

2.Settings > Notes > Turn off “Only Draw with Apl Pencil”.

Q1 ： My stylus pen cannot be charged?

A ： To charge, please cover it with a normal 5V 1A cell phone charging head or power bank, or plug it into a computer USB port to charge. Please do NOT use a quick charge head with a power of more than 10 W for charging.

Q2 ： Without manual and replaceable nibs?

A ： The manual and nibs are in the underneath of the box, please check.

Q3 ： Why is this pen not working on my device? I’ve already turned on the pencil.

A1 ： This product only support iPad 2018 and above, other devices are NOT supported. Please check the model on the back of your device.

A2 ： If your iPad was connected to the Apl Pencil, please turn off the bluetooth, disconnect the Apl Pencil, turn off the device and restart the device, wait 5 minutes and then try to use it.

A3 ： Please note that the product cannot be used alternately with the original Apl pen on the same device, as this may cause signal interference.

Q4 ： The pen suddenly switches off？

A ： Generally, it is because you accidentally touch the switch. Please avoid touching the switch during use so as not to turn off the pen.

Q5 ： How to use the tilt function？

A ： A ： The tilt feature relates to the type of pen tool selected while using the app. Whether it can be tilted depends on the properties of the pen (like in real life), for example: in our real life, pencil, brush, pen, tilt can change the thickness of the stroke, then these pen tools can use tilt function on iPad. But in life, the inclination of the ballpoint pen cannot change the line thickness, so that on the iPad does not incline either.

And please note this stylus pencil does not change thickness with pressure, but DOES change thickness with horizontal direction.

Q6: My pencil got skip?

A ： Please tighten the nib, make sure it is not loose, or try replacing a replacement nib and twist it firmly, then try again.
